The Catholic Regional College in Caroline Springs have a few marketing projects lined up with content for a new website as a top priority. The Principal wanted imagery highlighting happy students engaging in a variety of work. Many aspects of College life were documented: art, technology, science, music, sport and faith. The students were a delight to work with and the images look great.
St Aloysius Catholic College in North Melbourne is always thinking ahead. They contacted me to schedule a shoot before the end of the year for their 2016 marketing. Billboards, newspaper advertisements and the website are continually updated with fresh images. I couldn't ask for a better way to end the school year.
Emmanuel College in Point Cook has a new uniform. It wasn't my usual editorial photo shoot since everything was shot on a white background for continuity. After documenting the various combinations of winter, summer, sport and formal uniforms I had some fun with the students showcasing the vibrant colors in the courtyard.
Penola Catholic College in Broad Meadows updated their uniforms and then needed new Prospectus photographs. They had a vision with specific requested shots, but also allowed me ti give creative direction. The Principal emailed me to say, "They're fantastic!" I love happy clients.
I love working with the team at CBC St Kilda. They were so organised and fun to work with for their Prospectus shoot. They had an extensive shot list with specific students coordinated with the class timetable. The preparation was worth it; the photos are gorgeous! Jane and Deirdre worked hard to make the project a great success. Thank you, ladies.
St Aloysius Catholic College is a dream client. I adore the girls, whose youthful energy makes them easy to work with and fun to be around. I equally adore the Marketing Director, Jodie, and the Principal, Mary, who have complete faith in me to meet their creative brief and exceed their expectations.
This latest photo shoot is for their 2015 Yearbook. The images also ended up gracing newspaper advertisements, billboards and more. Jodie wanted natural shots and posed portraits featuring a newly renovated learning space. Smiles were abound, especially when I asked if anyone had a boyfriend. <Insert giggles> The girls loved being part of the shoot and so did I. Thanks, St Aloysius!
An ideal opportunity presented itself when I was hired to photograph Prospectus images for Ringwood Secondary College. The International Coordinator, Leah Pritchard, spearheaded the project which required a 1/2 day shoot to create an archive of images for the College. We spent the day traipsing around the campus documenting real life of students in action with a handful of posed portraits along the way. I have too many favorites, but here's a few. Thanks, Leah for such a fun and rewarding shoot!
I can't get over how happy I am to create regularly for St Aloysius Catholic College in North Melbourne. This latest shoot was SO fun! The Marketing Director, Jodie, called me to in to document the life of the students. It was 100% editorial style, capturing the students without interruption. I love being a photojournalist as it takes me back to my wedding photography days. The images were exceptional and most importantly, the client was happy.
I love working with St Aloysius. They direct the creative brief while giving me the freedom to create. In February I photographed their Beginning of the Year Mass. Photographing events is always fulfilling; there is no posing or second chances. I thrive under the challenge to create art as the event unfolds. They always utilise my time wisely, so I photographed portraits of the Principal with student leaders after the Mass. I was back again a week later to capture some of the recent renovations featuring the students enjoying the facilities. A few weeks later I was thrilled to see the images already on their website. Happy clients = Happy me.
Talk about an awesome shoot with such lovely girls. I had the opportunity to create for St Aloysius College in North Melbourne. It was a delight to work with the students and the Principal. They were great with camera and we had a ball. I also enjoyed the project of shooting their new uniform. These images have graced their website and promotional material. A special thank you to Jody McLeod, their Marketing Director extraordinaire, for making it all happen.
